Return Policy, Shipping, & FAQs

Can I return my products?

Return policy 


Returns will only be accepted due to product defects. At this time we cannot accept returns for size, color, or customer error corrections. all sales are final

How long do I have to submit my return?

Returns must be submitted within 2-3 business days of delivery. 

Which Items are okay to return?

Within policy guidelines, apparel is the only product type in which we accept returns unless stated otherwise in writing or in independent contracts agreed upon by owner and consumer for bulk orders or bookstore/retail placement and/or orders.

How will my return be refunded?

Monetary refunds in any capacity are not offered by The Amazing Corner, Amazing Family Enterprises, LLC  (AFE), or any of its owners and/or employees.  Refunds will not be granted for literature, events, appearances, or speaking engagements. 

I tried on my items. Can I return it?

If an item from The Amazing Corner or AFE is found to be defective it can be returned for a replacement or store credit.  All items must be unworn and free of fragrances, stains, or damages.

I purchased my Items during a sale or promotion

Items purchased during a sale or promotion will be credited and refunded with a comparable item at the time of return if it is within the return policies guidelines.  Store credit will be granted at the purchase price. Shipping  charges will not be refunded

Shipping & Delivery Options

We aim to provide a variety of shipping options to allow customers to use their preferred shipping and delivery preference. Our main shipping provider is the USPS at this time with occasional items shipping via UPS


Shipping/Delivery Times

In stock items ship 2-5 days from order date to allow time for processing unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase (please check each items descriptions). 


Pre order items ship 7-14 days after preorder period ends


Standard Delivery: 3-7 days from ship date

Priority Delivery: 1-3 business days from ship date


Free Shipping: Is at the discretion of The Amazing Corner/AFE, LLC and is subject to change without notice to the consumer.  Standard Delivery is the most commonly used free shipping option. 


Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Please provide ample time to receive your purchase to meet your individual needs. 


No refunds will be granted for delayed shipping and delivery. 

 


Is Insurance recommended?

Whether or not shipping insurance is worth the cost depends on your shipping volume and the value of your items. The chance of an average package getting lost or damaged is relatively small, but can not be predicted or prevented by AFE/The Amazing Corner. But if you are purchasing a high volume or valuable items, then shipping insurance will likely pay for itself and is highly recommended. 


Shipping insurance is at the customers expense and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Delivery Times During Covid/ Extreme Weather/ Holidays

Due to COVID-19, extreme weather conditions & holidays shipping may be extended and/or delayed. 


Any delays after your package(s) are with your preferred shipping company should be tracked via the tracking number provided with your shipment notification. Please do not contact AFE/The Amazing Corner for shipping updates. 


We are unable to guarantee delivery dates.


Lost or Stolen Products return policy

Please read carefully and in its entirety 


The Amazing Corner, and Amazing Family Enterprises, LLC wants every experience with you to be a great one that leaves you feeling amazing.  It is integral that you be fully aware of our return policies and guidelines prior to any purchase to maintain a positive customer experience. 


The Amazing Corner, AFE, LLC, or its employees are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN or DAMAGED MAIL. 


It is highly recommended that all customers SELECT PRIORITY INSURED or PRIORITY PLUS SHIPPING TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE.


IF YOU SELECT PRIORITY INSURED AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED, YOU WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH THE USPS AND THEY  WILL REIMBURSE you UP TO $50 FOR LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED MAIL.


IF YOU SELECT PRIORITY PLUS AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED, when you FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS AND THEY WILL REIMBURSE THE FULL VALUE OF PACKAGE.


IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, BUT SHOWS DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS.


NON RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 21 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.


Incorrect Addresses- The Amazing Corner/AFE,LLC is not responsible for addresses entered correctly by the consumer/customer. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address and contacts us before the package is shipped, the order will be canceled and can be reordered by the customer.


If you place an order and provide us with the incorrect address and your package is shipped and returned to us due to an incorrect address, the consumer/customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee to have the item reshipped to the correct address. 


The original returned package will be sent to the updated address within 3 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of The Amazing Corner/AFE, LLC, with no refunds issued. 

Discounts & Promotions

The Amazing Corner/AFE, LLC reserves the right to end any promotion at any time without notice. 


Discount and promotion codes must be used at the time of purchase.  Please ensure you hit apply and ensure it was applied prior to checking out. Promos and discounts cannot be refunded or added after submitting your purchase.  


Unless otherwise indicated Love Letters to My Girls and other partner projects are excluded from all promotions and discounts.  


We do not own the rights to partner products and cannot adjust retail pricing for these products.
