Our merchandise is sold as pre orders only. Processing will occur after the preorder closes.  Please allow 7-14 days from purchase date before shipping from Middletown, DE.  For shipping questions  for our online store email contact@theamazingcorner.com

We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items or damaged mail.  Once you open your package if your item has a defect please contact us as soon as possible. Order Cancellations are not permitted after your order is placed.  Refunds provided for apparel/merchandise defects only

Please note: Our responsibility is to produce & deliver your product to your shipping carrier for mailing distribution. We do not have any control of your project after it is submitted to the shipping carrier. We will not be held liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier after we tendered the product to them for distribution. Any mailing claims or requests for final mailbox arrivals will need to be directed to your shipping carrier directly.
